As far as "stealing", I don't advertise on this site (try to make money from these), nor to I promote that I wrote these articles.

I actually post where I get them and link to them at the bottom of each post. This website is a repository of useful links for myself. If they werent meant for others to read/enjoy, the original poster wouldnt have posted them in the first place.

It's amazing. You scrap such a blog post, violating copyright, on copyright and how to detect, defend, condemn, and protect yourself.

I recommend you take a moment to read this before you delete this and all of the rest of the content you have taken without permission (I believe the word is "stolen"). It's be a shame to shut this site down because of stupidity.

I'm wondering about the instantaneous claim.

GPSs usually take a while to acquire satellites when powered on and even more if they've been moved several hundred miles from their previous location.

I like the concept, but am interested in seeing a real-life review of it.

People have expressed concern about having their images posted in assoication with Google Maps.
To address concerns of privacy and for the sake of operating system competition I wrote a post on <a href="http://scissormonkey.wordpress.com/2007/05/31/google-maps-zoom-feature-renamed-to-address-privacy-concerns/" rel="nofollow">Google Maps Zoom Feature</a> and what it could be renamed.
